I had a very concerning experience with this company following the recovery of my vehicle on 28th May 2026.
Despite clearly instructing that my vehicle be taken to my garage of choice due to a damaged alloy wheel, this request was refused. The driver instead insisted on taking it to a garage he recommended (Easy Fit Tyres Essex), assuring me the issue would be resolved.
Shortly after leaving and while driving on the A12, my tyre pressure dropped suddenly, creating a serious safety risk. It became clear that the underlying issue had not been fixed—rather, the tyre had simply been moved without addressing the damage.
This resulted in us being stranded for approximately six hours before a second recovery was arranged through my insurance. I have since been advised that the vehicle may now be considered a total loss.
Attempts to contact the company have been unsuccessful, as all listed numbers appear unavailable.
Overall, this reflects a failure to follow clear instructions and a lack of reasonable care, resulting in significant distress, inconvenience, and potential financial loss. I would strongly advise others to exercise caution.
Teddy was very professional and offered very useful advice and recommended a great mechanic that fixed my car.
